If the automatic mode is enabled, the YouTube videos or playlists will open in the cinema mode by default. Hold down the "Ctrl" key to play it as usual.Use "YouTube Cinema Options" from the context menu to adjust the settings as desired. Options like Play Upon Clicking or Auto-Starting are available for the user.
